We are paid a broker commission by the insurer. This can be in the form of an upfront payment or a payment spread over the life of the policy, or both. We'll disclose the details of any commission during the advice process to you, and we have a conflict of interest policy and process in place to ensure that we meet our statutory requirement to put your interests first when providing insurance advice.

Absolutely. As part of our services we'll carry out annual reviews with you to adjust your cover and premiums over time as your financial position and circumstances change.

Where trusts, EPAs or companies are involved, we recommend involving your lawyer early on so that supporting legal documents such as trust deeds or shareholders agreement can match policies issued.

We work with a range of insurers and different underwriters and can discuss your medical history or circumstances with the underwriting teams directly in advance as part of the advice process to ensure the best match for you.

We're with you on the claim journey. We'll help you navigate the claims process, including collecting documentation, liaising with your insurer, chasing progress, and escalation if needed.
